Simple rules, stated up front — so nothing surprises you after booking.

Check-in and check-out
Suites are ready from 3 pm, and reception checks guests in until 9 pm — we cannot receive arrivals after that, so plan your journey with some margin. On departure day we ask for the room back by 2 pm, which gives us time to prepare everything for the next guests.
Arriving earlier? Let us know when you book and we'll check availability. Need a later departure? Ask in advance: when we can, we'll hold the room, and an extra fee may apply. Just note that staying past 2 pm without arranging it with us may incur a full extra night.

Plans change, we know — so the rule is simple and worth knowing in advance:

Extra beds

Every suite has a double bed. To sleep one more, we add an extra bed:
- Ground-floor suites: R$150 (under 12) · R$200 (12 and over) per night
- Upper-floor suites: R$180 (under 12) · R$230 (12 and over) per night
Pets
Pets
No — the inn doesn't host pets of any size. We'd rather tell you here, before you book, than have you change plans at the last minute. If your pet is part of the trip, unfortunately we won't be able to host you this time.
